Register page in 5.3..can't open

Anybody have a problem retrieving the register page in 5.3. Can't seem to find the file when accessed via SiteMap. Even if I take the core register.php and move to root/singlepages folder ??? puzzling

under users & groups. Otherwise if it isn't enabled it renders a page not found.

I haven't finished poking around enough in 5.3...I should have looked there first !

For some reason I dont have a registration page under Users & Groups. Anyone know why?? (See attached screenshot.)

did you upgrade? or fresh install?

I believe there is a bug report, I know it was discussed in IRC.
