Reload entire layout w new page, slow! How to avoid this?

Hi there,
Ive been building quite some websites with concrete5 now and I absolutely love it, the problem is that the pages load so slow because they reload the entire layout everytime you go to a new page.
Is there any way to avoid this? Ive been browsing the internet together with my business partner for days but we cant seem to find the solution.
Example:www.www.santivandentoorn.nl/marieke/concrete...
or wwww.run4fun.info
I hope someone can help me out here, its the only problem left I have with concrete.

Thanks for the reply. Ive turned on cache and all but it hasnt really gotten any quicker. Also, how exactly can I use all those stats to improve the loading time?
Another website of mine is
http://www.demonnikendam.nl that one is also quite slow
(still after turning on cache)

Check out the link, which will also give you pointers as to how to fix it. If you do resolve those issues the pages will load quicker.
Also, do you use c5 cache?
