Removing C5 from server

I am trying to do a clean install off C5 on my webserver. I have delete the connected db but when I try and delete the directory I get the following:

"Unable to remove /httpdocs/OLD CONCRETE5: filemng: Error occurred during /bin/rm command."

How can I resolve this? Thanks

Try deleting some of the sub-folders individually first - I suspect that your web hosting is trying to delete too many files in one hit.

Beyond that, contact your host.
