Resize Image to 100%

Hello,
I am trying to resize an image on my concrete5 site to 100% width. The site is concrete5.bhsntv.com
The image of the blurred building is the one I want to be 100% width. If you go to bhsntv.com, you will see how I want the image to be 100% width. How would I do this? I have looked everywhere and am still not able to find a way to do this.

I'm sorry, I am new to concrete5. When you say click on an area tab, what exactly do you mean?

Based on what you are describing, you can add the image to an area as a background image.
Click on an area tab and click "Edit Area Design" from the popup menu. A toolbar will be displayed on the page. In the toolbar, click the image icon (Background Color and Image) that is second from the left. In the "Background Color and Image" menu, select the background image, a Size setting of "cover", and Position setting of "center center".
