Rich Text Editor in attributes

Morning all!
I am starting to work with custom attributes within the file manager and have created a text area with an RTE to enable formatting of the content. When I enter regular unformatted text it saves ok, when I try to style the content with UL bullet points and then save the changes I get the spinning wheel and the changes aren't made.

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening and what the resolution is please? It is driving me mad!!

Thanks

Simon.

Are you pasting in the bullet points from a different program, or are you using the editing controls to create the bullet points?

I can add an unordered list okay in my File Manager, see attached screenshot.

Thanks for the reply, I have undertaken a complete reinstall of C5 in case it was something that I had done whilst experimenting with blocks, but I am getting similar results. Even now, the RTE wont display properly.

I have attached a screen shot of what I am getting, which shows the options missing from the RTE...

Sorry Matt, you asked a specific question and I didn't answer it...

I am using the RTE to add the Bullet points, just tried again and it is showing the RTE options, but it is not saving the updates as per my initial problem...

I just get the spinning wheel (see attachement) :-(
