Single Page "/register" not showing

I am having issues with my single page "register" not showing up.

I went in and matched the permissions to that of my login page (which does appear).

I also went to the concrete/single_pages/ folder and re-uploaded the register.php just in case.

I still don't see the page?

If you mean that you cant see it in your sitemap click options on the right hand side while in sitemap, and click view system pages.

No I mean, I can't see it when I go to my site:

http://www.mysite.com/register


Even though I can see

http://www.mysite.com/login

Than you don't have public registration turned on. Go to your dashboard, click "system & settings", under the category "login and registration" click "public registration" Turn it on

WOW, this sounds so simple but I was searching for this all over the place.

Maybe I didn't get it because the screenshot in the documentation is the older version of concrete5?
