String Standards and PHP 5.3.8 under Win7 x64 and XAMPP 1.7.7

Hi every:
I'm testing Concrete5 for first time but surprise when I try to install I get this errors:
Strict Standards: Non-static method Loader::database() should not be called statically in D:\Webserver\htdocs\concrete5\concrete\dispatcher.php on line 23
Strict Standards: Non-static method Loader::library() should not be called statically in D:\Webserver\htdocs\concrete5\concrete\libraries\loader.php on line 177
Strict Standards: Non-static method Loader::library() should not be called statically in D:\Webserver\htdocs\concrete5\concrete\libraries\loader.php on line 178
