Subpages Problem

I am a newbie, so forgive me if I am missing the obvious.
I am using Rigid Light theme. I set up my top level and second level pages and they show up fine on the navigation at the top of each page. But when I added a third level of pages I can not get them to show as a pop out when I scroll down the second level page listing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
