Time-out in dashboard -> extend

Hi everyone!
Lately I've been running into some issues when trying to access dashboard->extend (/index.php/dashboard/extend/). All of the choices (install, update, themes, add-ons) will all cause the site to time-out. I can not access these pages.
The site has been moved from it's developing location, and I'm having issues to syns the site with Concrete Community.
Could there be an issue with server setup? Missing Curl or something?
I'm running 5.5.1
