Trailing slash issue in URL; Help

Hello All C5ians,
I am trying to migrate my company website which is done with Drupal to a new design by Concrete 5. In order to keep the SEO hits, I have to tune new URLs match with existing website URLs. Current website URLs have no trailing slashes in the end. I have gone through some posts made on same topics here and tuned my concrete 5 URL (pretty URL is enabled) using <rtrim> function of php. But this is working on places that I use PageList/autonav blocks only. In content section, I made some links to pages using tinyMCE editor (insert link to page),this one still gives me trailing slashes in the end of URL.
How can remove this extra trailing slashes from links created by tinyMCE ? Any help would be great. I am attaching screenshots or URL generated by pageList block and tinyMCE link.
