upgraded to 5.7.5.6 from, I think 5.7.2 and now the site is down

I upgraded ebcokc.org to 5.7.5.6 and now the site is down with the error: 
Third party libraries not installed. Make sure that composer has required libraries in the concrete/ directory.


I found a thread where Andrew suggested making sure composer/vendor had files in it and it did. This was not a manual install.

HELP!!

Do you have a site backup from before the update?

How did you update the site?

Depending on the version you updated from, you may be running into an issue related to this:
"If you are using a version of 5.7 below 5.7.3, you must update to 5.7.3 before updating to 5.7.4 or greater."

Turns out that I do - restoring now. I'll see how that goes and post back!

Restoring from backup did not work for some reason. I think that I will have to roll back to 5.2 or something.
