Use media queries to show and hide Blocks

Hi all, do you know if it is possible to show or hide (or replace) a Block, based on the size of viewport in a responsive layout.
reason for this, the great POP MENU add on... when re-sized, the tabs are getting squish... i would need to completely replace the block when it gets smaller for mobile for instance.
or of course use the MQ to change the css styles.
