Vue.js and Material Design with concrete5

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone managed to use vue.js in concrete5 and maybe the Material Design for Bootstrap UI toolkit?

Could anyone suggest how to add and use the modules to concrete5?

Im working in bs4 but a lot os stuff is the same.

Is it as simple as adding a Material Design for Bootstrap CSS to the header.php and Material Design for Bootstrap JS to the footer.php of my theme?

Do I also need to add the Bootstrap 4 itself? Will it override the default v3?
