Website move to another host

I have copied all of the files and folders from my old webhost (ENOM) to my new webhost (1and1), so now how do I make my 1and1 site look like my old site using the files that I have copied there. When I open my 1and1 site it is still the basic default site that they put on.
Make sure there is not an index.html file in the same level as index.php, as your host may have it take precedence and concrete5 (which uses index.php) won't load.
