Weird Plug In Activitity on Home Page

Hi all,
I've been working on an issue for 2 weeks. It's scrolling text in a block. With help, I was able to get it to work on a subsequent page. but the same Power Cycle plug-in, with the same settings on the Home Page does not work.
The working area of the plug-in is 240 x 270 in both cases.
http://www.mytrucklube.com/ - the lower right block, testimonials, has some kind of margin or padding, preventing the full lines of text

Anyone have any idea why?

I noticed when I refresh the page, the text looks correct for a second, then it changes.
I think it's a clue, but not sure what to do with it.
