Auto-generated sitemap.xml contains content that shouldn't be there.

There is whole bunch of links to the part of the tree that doesn't exits on my site. Actually I was thinking that doesn't exist but those links from sitemap.xml working. There is nothing like this when looking on to sitemap in dashboard. So I don't really understand what's going one. It looks like Concrete5 created this sitemap based on versions of this tree.

Does any one know what is it and how can I fix this problem?

I think that site looks really weird from search engine perspective.
