Upgrade Concrete5 (5.6.x.x) to latest version

Hello Guyz,

I want exact steps regarding concrete5 upgrade. Currently my site has concrete5 (5.6.3.1) version and I want to upgrade to concrete5 (8.4.5) version. What should can I do to perform upgrades? Can anyone guide me please?

You cannot upgrade any 5.6 version to version 5.7 or version 8.x
You can only upgrade to 5.6.4.0.
You can try to migrate your data from 5.6 to xml files and then try to import those files into a later version but... it is often easier to start over from a new install.

Wow. Thanks. But even if I install and start fresh, is there a tool I can use to migrate?
