400 Bad Request after moving

After moving to another server the forms stopped working, giving the error on submit. More specifically, this URL gives the 400 Bad Request error: index.php?cID=76&bID=1487&arHandle=Main&ccm_token=1331652341:b31222e60b05702907d1a4e6109e4ac3&btask=passthru&method=submit_form#1296133674
The site was moved from a windows to *nix server and everything was done according to the instructions. Other than that, everything seems to be fine. The forms are simple form blocks and the error happens for both old and new ones. Anyone dealt with something like that? Suggestions?
