I just cannot believe the excellent support that I am getting from Bluehost support (real time chat).

I run into php memory problem while doing the upgrade a few weeks ago but did not have time or the technical skill to fix it then. With the backup that Bluehost is doing daily, it was no sweat to restore the previous day backup to recover the website.

Today, after studying many discussion on the forum on upgrade problems, some good guys are reporting that the php memory size has to be at least 32mg to make it works.

For not knowing exactly where to change the php memory size, I just logged into Bluehost real time chat and ask for help. Within 1 minute, the support responded that he has increased my php memory size to 1280mg. Wala!, when I run my upgrade, it was an instant success!

Life can be so easy when you are dealing with the right hosting company!

Hope this will help many who are struggling with technical issues and got stuck.
