5.6.0 update issues

So I updated to 5.6.0. when I am not logged in the site has the edit bar minus the buttons. I log in and the edit bar remains but with buttons like normal. Also, on one of my blogs the vimeo block and the content block on each post have disappeared. They were built using composer and the block setup are still there but they are no longer on the post page. Does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it?

update to 5.6.0.1 solved all my issues.

Rather than start a new post I thought I would comment here that I'm having the same issue with 5.6.0, 5.6.0.1, and 5.6.0.2. It appears to have something to do with a database change from what testing I've done. Even the default theme produces the empty edit bar at the top.
Sorry, the other part of the problem was the permissions. Some of them were reset. Check to make sure that the guest does not have view capability on the dashboard page. If you need a more extensive explanation let me know.
As for the second, I'm not sure.
