account hacked. have dbase but not sure what version how do I find out

My hosting account was hacked into.
luckily, I have the dbase intact and I have a copy of the site.
BUT, they seem to be non-matching versions.
in the source code under [UPDATE] folder I see [concrete5.4.2.2].
I just upgraded to C5 5.5.1.
I tried few versions, thinking that the dbase in 5.5.1 but the dBase table list does not match 5.5.1
Any suggestions on how to put back the site together?
