Add-On Installation fails ?

Hello everybody,

My Site is connected to C5.
Added Addons are shown at the install page with download option.
This Download always fails?

Next thing i tried was to download the addons, unzipped em in packages folder.
BUT those offline available addons are not listed for installation.

I really dont like this ;)

can anybody help me out to get some addons installed?
