Advertisement Add-On

Has anyone tried installing the Advertisement Add-On? I have not found any install directions, nor did the zip come with any. I attempted to upload the files into their respective folders, just as they were outlined in the zip. However, I ended up with nothing - nothing showed up on the Dashboard... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

it's a package, the only thing you have to to is copy it into to packages directory in the root and install it using "add functionality" (it's an application there, not only a block)

Is it the upgrade to 5.3 causing an issue?

I installed the advert, which seem to be very easy, when I add the block I select advertisement.

When I choose a image file it does not appear.

Please help, I am considering uninstalling my entire site just to get the advertisement to work.

Thanks,

D

I don't have access to the latest ad package, so it's hard to tell what's wrong.

Are there any javascripts errors? The file manager changed quite a bit..

We will release a patch for this tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Just wanted to let you know that I've updated the advertisement application for 5.3. You should be able to replace its directory in the packages/ directory and your problems should hopefully be fixed.

Advert still shows up empty. What do I need to do to get this to work?

Is it possible to reinstall this block... with out paying twice?

Thanks

I'm wondering if the item perhaps hasn't replaced the old code.
