"You must sign in to access this page"

I installed Concrete on my local machine, and I'm welcomed with this message when I try to log in.

What gives?

In case anyone else runs into this problem:

Concrete is not fully supported for IIS, so you can try using Apache.

I finally discovered that this problem is caused when you use spaces in the directory path where you are installing Concrete.
