Big problems with last update

Updated the version (looked good! impressively good!)
then I tried to edit a page, add a block...... nothing there!!
ad block does not work at all no matter how many times I tried!!
wtf? What is the matter with this update?
also, the layout of the pages has been badly affected. look here (www.positivity.gr)
Any fix coming up soon????
I'm DESPERATE here!!
can't change ANYthing.........

THis is not a solution, merely a diagnostic stage. Try (temporarily) swapping the theme back to Greek Yogurt. This will tell you if the problem is theme related or not.

I can t do experiments that'll go live. It's a business site, the owner is running an ad campaign at the moment. Isn't there any other alternative?

the respons times onhttp://www.positivity.gr is also very poor, ive been having this issue with the respons time on my server after update to 5.6 so i went back to 5.5 :( and now its running like a sharme, cant help u with the "ad block issue". have u cleared the cache?

Before the update this baby was screaming!!
