blank pane after installation of concrete5.7 beta

Hello, after the installation of concrete5.7 beta i wanted to try it but there is nothing.
The test installation resides at localhost/concrete5v7 but this URL leads to an empty page :(
whats wrong?

check your server logs. I'm pretty sure I had the exact same problem where I installed on a VPS where PDO wasn't included in php.
Thank for reply - your answer remembers me where to look at - apache log files .
there i could read a misconfiguration with the database.
