C5 install on GoDaddy single hosting(Linux) Account for multiple domains

Hi,
I have single Deluxe GoDaddy hosting account with multiple unique domains attached as alias (secondary domains) each in separate folder per domain.
My question is can I install C5 just once in separate folder (/share) and use this installation for all of my domains? // Perhaps I have to just create separate sql databases?
...or do I have to instal C5 every time separately for each domain inside their folders?

I can't believe there is nobody how would be so kind or able answering this questions?
There are some howtos on multiple sites with shared c5 installs and previous discussion on these forums. All require compromises (see the howtos and forum discussions).
