Can 't access purchased apps

Permalink 1 user found helpful
I have a site with two purchased apps and one purchased theme. Before installing the apps I had to reinstall C5 -- and now the apps are visible on the project page but there is no link to install or do a manual install.

Any help?

Sorry I have no solution. I am writing because I have had the same problem. I installed Concrete5 yesterday and it was corrupted after installation (a story having to do with a cat who walks on my keyboard). Before it was corrupted though I purchased a theme.

I had to reinstall my Concrete5 today (via one-click Mojo installs on Bluehost's CPanel). BUt under the new Concrete5 account, it won't recognize the theme I purchased. I hope someone will respond with help for both of us.

Hi Guys,
Release the add-ons from your old project page. Then from your new installation's dashboard, connect to create a new project. You will then be able to associate the themes and add-ons you need as they will no longer be associated with the prior installation

Hope this helps :)

Thanks for the feedback. It confirms what I was finding.

Can you tell me if there is a way to cancel the other connection account now that I no longer need it.

Thank you!

Sure,
If you go to your Projects page and click on the old/non-existent project, you can select "Edit" in the right sidebar. The bottom of the edit page has a "Delete" button.
