Can't install new block type

when I try to install a block type, I click the "Install" button and nothing happens. No error messages and the block doesn't get installed. What should I do?
I'm pretty sure the block types work. I installed them in another distribution (in another server though).

Maybe there's a way to manually add block types?
I was experienced same issue with C5 V. 5.5.2.1 , maybe featured was dissabled or removed in the new versions.
As a workarround was converted the block into a package and now is listed/setup properly when I drop the package folder into the /packages directory
