Beeing on the last 5.3.2 (no previous upgrades) my wish to upgrade becomes a little frustrating, because every attempt to try dies in an error 500. This is caused by memory_limit exception (adodb tries to allocate 50mb(!!!)). Beeing on a commercial hoster with 40mb memory_limit in php-ini which cant't be modified (even not temporarily -- which i tried via htaccess and via ini_set). I'll try to start the upgrade again in the late hours...but don't think this will make my day.
Yes same here. Any idea how I can execute these updates manually, if they are, and I think they are, MySQL related. Queries could also just be executes one after another instead from a php script right?
But where would they be located because the concrete/tools/updater.php does not help me.
I've gotten a little rusty working with C5's code...
//Edit: Alright mine works now because of something strange. AFter forcing the whole thing it eventually said it was upgraded, but I can't actually remember pressing the upgrade button that time. I pressed it sooo many times though. Now the message bar is gone that I didn't upgrade completely, but how can I be sure everything is working as it should be?
Infact, my upgrade now has finished successfully after reloading about 15-20 times. Since then no specific problems. Did that upgrade in the late hours.
