Cannot Access File Manager/Other Sections - EMERGENCY

So, I have a number of problems. I migrated a site to a new URL (subdomain) and I can login and edit certain things, but I cannot access the file manager. I followed the exact instructions on migration and have migrated sites before but nothing seems to be working. When I try to I can change the Site Name and the change shows in the admin panels but not on the site. When I click to try and go to various sections of the dashboard or System & Settings, I get a "Save As' Dialog box with the default name of "search"??? I don't have any idea why this is happening, but it is critical that I figure this out today in time to have this site launched. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Did you clear cookies and cache ?

Can you see what is showing in browser console after clicking on File Tab. ?

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, Every time I refresh the pages. I have manually removed cache from the server because now when I try to clear cache I get the "save as" box. This is driving me crazy. I can't thank you enough for your help. I am sorry it took so long to get back to you. I fell asleep. I just sent you an email to your gmail account with all the details for both sites. Click around for a while in both and you will see what I am talking about. Sometimes things work for a few minutes but then eventually everything goes haywire. Even on the original site.
