Hi all,

I've made countless websites with concrete5 before, and I've never run into this problem before. Whenever I go to the 'connect to the community'-page on a fresh install, the HTML is all botched up. I selected the text in the bottom image for enhanced clarity.

The login form is still present though, but whenever I use that I get the following error:

Any ideas on what it might be? I've already tried:

- Using an even older version of concrete5
- Reinstalling
- Reinstalling on different domain name
- Using different versions of PHP (5.2.x and 5.4.x)
