cannot find add on

I purchased eCommerce Express on the 19th, but cannot find in order to install it. When I go to my Dashboard and click to add functionality, my few other add ons are there, but the newly purchased one is not. I did received a receipt, so I know the purchase went through.

How do I access this add on so that I can start using it on my site?

Hi Karen,
It's likely it did not get assigned to your site when purchased. This can be done from your project page. If you haven't done this before, I have a screencast/blog at http://blog.arvixe.com/connecting-to-concrete5-org-and-installing-a... that will walk you through it.

Thanks for the help, which is very clear. Unfortunately, even though I've gone through all the steps several times, it simply isn't there. I have the receipt, my site has been and is connected, when I "add functionality," all of my other add ons are there, but not the latest purchase. I seem to be out of options, and may have to request a refund and try again. It's pretty frustrating to see it in my transaction history, but all I can do from there is download it to my computer. I never get the window that allows me to get the license.

If you select your account name from the top right and go to your account page, then select projects. In your projects list, choose the project name on the left. Once that page comes up, scroll to the bottom of the page. You should see "Add Item to this Project" it will be a drop down of all purchases. You should be able to see it after adding it here.
