Can't connect to community, blank page

When I go to connect to the concrete5 back end via the 'Connect to community' it's just a blank page.

I had this issue once. Turned out to be my connection to the internet and a cache that needed to be cleared 4 years ago. lol

I've tried separate browser, clearing cache and cookies, and safe to say the issue is not browser side.

What else can I investigate?

Are you using a custom dashboard add-on or maybe running an out dated Concrete5 version? Could be some jQuery conflict.

This is a brand new installation, with nothing done to it, and the newest version of Concrete5.
It's a default installation with test material, and nothing changed. I installed, cleared site cache, went to connect to community and nothing.

i have exactly same problem: fresh install of 5.6.3.1 and after trying to connect only a blank screen (see screenshot).
But I found at that the site actually IS connected to the marketplace, because if I look at concrete5 website my projects it is in the list, because I tried multiple times it is there multiple times. However there is no version number behind the project and still in my concrete5 site I'm still asked to connect.
