Cant even get set up!

Can someone help please, I am trying to get set up onhttp://www.stefan-wright.com/client/WW1/concrete/... and I get a page (as you'll see) to chose a language, I select a language and then when I go to the next page (No input file specified (http://www.stefan-wright.com/client/WW1/concrete/index.php/install/-/select_language/) I just get "No input file specified."
Fixed it, I needed to add cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1 to my php5.ini file
Well now I have gotten a step further I come across a different issue, Im now seeing this:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getPackageHandle() on a non-object in /home/content/15/7987615/html/client/WW1/concrete/concrete/single_pages/install.php on line 225

Are you on GoDaddy?
If so, my advice is to move elsewhere or go crazy trying to get things to work on their servers.

I am on HostGator and all I get is a choose language. There is no next button or any other means of continuing. Any ideas? I have plenty of other sites on HostGator and have not had this problem any where else.

OK, I hit choose language twice and got to the install page. Fingers crossed on the rest of the install.
