Can't install theme

I'm trying to help a client troubleshoot their Concrete installation. Everything seems to have worked fine, and the site is working in the default theme; but their custom theme isn't showing up in the Dashboard. They uploaded the theme folder to both "themes" and "concrete/themes"--is this creating a conflict? I told them to delete the unnecessary copy in "concrete/themes" and maybe that would do it...but if it doesn't, is there any reason why a valid theme folder, with all the necessary files, uploaded to the "themes" folder at the root level, would not be recognized?

Did they install it first?

You have to install the theme before you can choose it from the Themes menu.

If that doesn't work, just make a package for the theme, and then tell them copy to the packages folder, then install then choose it from the themes menu. It is the best method. Also, you should stick to lowercase file/folder names, it may cause problems with certain hosts.
