Can't load up theme I've just bought, new to concrete

Just bought a theme but cant get it loaded it shows up, I'm I missing something?
Don't you see the theme in dashboard / themes ?
No it's not there, (it was there but I somehow deleted it) how do I get it back?
Reinstall the theme.
Remove in dashboard, log out and log in, then reinstall

I paid $40 for the theme would I need to pay again
No need to pay, the theme can be installed several times on the same site =)
You probably only have to refresh the install, the files will stay on the server (theme-install)

Great, i've got the theme up thanks, just need to sort the logo and picture out should be fun

I have started to transform the Rigid Light theme from the same developer to 551 compatibility.
If you need help with transforming the old scrapbook to global blocks I might be able to help.
But since you paid 40 bucks I guess thats already done ;)

Thanks, I just got help from Danny (concrete5) to make it look like the theme :-)
Just need to sort the Logo now, early I spent 4 hours looking for the scrapbook :-(

Heads up, generally support questions should go to the support section from the add-on/theme page. This forum is more for general concrete5 installation questions, so theres no guarantee the person who made your theme will see your question here.
Ok This site is NOT helpuful at all I need help CANNOT install the theme that I PAID $40 for. IS there any one on here that can help me. If so H E L P ! ! ! !

I was handed off this project friday. i am not familiar with concrete5. The
guy that was doing this quit. Please help me get up to speed with
concrete5. I don't understand it. The theme was download to my desktop on
my laptop. You said is C5 installed, I haven't installed anythings. What
do I need to install? Totally new to this any help would be great. THANKS

Do you have a domain name? (website name)
Do you have hosting? (website home)
Are you trying this locally (your computer) or on a (live) server?
If you want to do this locally (your computer) you need a program.
If you use a Mac, use Mamp, if you Windows try Xamp or Mamp.
If you want help with a remote server (your hosting company), that will depend on who is your hosting provider.
To use Mamp, Xamp or Wamp Google it, then download and install.
Then come back for more help if you need it.
Any other questions, just ask.

Got the theme loaded to the website. Next question, I purchused the image
slider and it is on the dashboard, how do i upload pic to the image slider
and active it to the site?

Upload files through file manager, add them to a set. Add your slider block, on the settings look for a grab pictures from set or add image option. This should come up as soon as you add the block.
