can't log into community

Hello all! I go into dashboard, and click on Extend concrete5 , the click on connect to community, I sign in with the username and password I set up with concrete5.org. When I do this the popup disappears to a tiny sliver. I use control + to expand the size of the web window and it shows another login that I can't get to. How can I add more add ons, if i can't get in?
I tried reducing it. That's why the white space around it. But that is what the box looks like.

I am afraid I don't recognize what is going on in the screenshot.
It appears that your site does not have much content and is running a legacy version of concrete5 (5.6). While your site has limited content, a suggestion might be to manually transfer your content to a newer version of concrete5, version 5.7.

The box is not full size. It very thin and I cannot enter my login in info.
Can you take a screenshot of what you are describing, please.
When taking the screenshot, delete or blur any login/password information.
