Can'tt connect to the community

I have an old site that is not connected to the community. It is running C5 version 5.6.3.3.
When I open the window to connect to the community nothing shows. Any ideas?

Might sound like a silly question but are you sure you're not already connected to the community? I don't think it would check for updates and show you updates if you weren't.
The 5.6 marketplace is now switched off. Could that be what you are experiencing?
John that was my first thought but then it would mean users can't access packages they have already bought and have to install everything manually. I don't even know how it would work to assign commercial licenses to a site.

There were some marketplace bugs in an early 5.6 release, but I think that was well before 5.6.3.
