Complicated update from 5.7.5.13 to 8.2 / PHP 7.2 / shop not connected

Hello

A few days ago someone asked me to update a Webserver from an old Debian to an new Ubuntu. The Server is managed with Plesk.

Concrete5 5.7.5.13 to 8.2
PHP 5.6 to 7.2

Problems:
The site is not connected to the store, but Multiple Domains Addon is installed.

So first Step: Remove Multible Domains Addon from the web interface.

But this failed an I get now this error message:

Symfony\Component\ClassLoader\MapClassLoader::loadClass(): Failed opening required '/var/www/vhosts/my-homepage.de/httpdocs/packages/multiple_domains/src/Core/Cache/Page/PageCache.php' (include_path='/var/www/vhosts/my-homepage.de/httpdocs/concrete/vendor:.:')

Ok, I see now, this is an older version 5.7.5.6 from the backup, so I first will make update to 5.7.5.13

edit: It was not possible to upgrade, so I choosed now to rebuild the site.
