We are trying to installed the concrete 5 on a Hostgator server at dirknel.com. When we uninstall the latest version it is giving an error which you can see at dirknel.com. Would be great if you can let me know.. Thank you...

Your existing database needs to have all the tables dropped before you can proceed with a new install.
Go to phpmyadmin on the server, click on your database and at the bottom of the page tick the 'check all' tables and then click the 'With Selected' > 'drop'
That should do it.

I'm guessing php max_execution_time limit (again).

Depends on your server, really. A couple of minutes is usually sufficient. Sometimes I make it stupidly long for installation or upgrading, but drop it back to 30 sec for day-to-day running.

If a previous installation has failed part way through, you may find that you need to drop the tables in the database before trying again.
