Concrete 8.4.3. not detecting Concrete 8.4.4 folder on FTP

I am trying to update to 8.4.4, but when I go to apply updates like I normally do after I upload the newest version to the updates folder, its not saying there is an update downloaded.

Just to be clear..
You added the 8.4.4 zip to the root/updates folder and then extracted it there?

I did not. I followed the instructions in the documentation below, Under "Manual Dashboard Update".

I am supposed to unzip it server side? I unzipped it, and left only the concrete folder there, then uploaded it FTP in the updates folder like I did for 8.4.1, 8.4.2, and 8.4.3.
