Concrete5.6.3 upgrade fails with syntax error message

I just tried to upgrade from concrete5.6.2.1 to concrete5.6.3. Unfortunately, hitting the button „Update“ in Install Local Update in the backend results in the following error message:
Syntax error in file: /www/updates/concrete5.6.3/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysqlt.inc.php
The site isn’t accessible anymore.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
