I have a problem connecting some sites to the community.

We have an internal test website that exists on our local network, I have this a full URL (website.internal.bluestar-software.co.uk), this allowed me to connect to the community fine. I have since tried to connect the live site to the community (www.bluestar-software.co.uk), and followed the instructions here (http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/editors/reconnect-to-the-community/), but each time I get "You must login with a username that is an owner or editor of this project.". Now as far as I know there is no one else that might have this as a project here.

Any thoughts?
