Creating a Menu

Now I am feeling like a total numb nut here!
Manage and build Wordpress sites, same with Composr, however for some reason I cannot get my head around how to create a damn menu.
Have watched the Tutorials, but everything focuses on how easy it is to edit the page. Know that!
All I am after is creating an Intranet, want to create top level menu with deadlinks and have pages below.
Can someone please give me some guidance here, don't recall being this stumped last time I built site with Concrete 5?

Hi,

just as you create the pages in the sitemap, so the menu is automatically generated.
Information can be found in the documentation under the following links:

https://documentation.concrete5.org/editors/in-page-editing/adding-p...
https://documentation.concrete5.org/editors/dashboard/sitemap...

Within the page you use the block "Autonav", which you can then configure for the corresponding level / page / subpages

Greetings

Hi lennda,

Sorry to be a pain, but have created menu, however it is displaying vertically, how do we change to horizontal?

Hey,

No Problem :)
Then you can use the block "pagelist"

Sorry mate, I must be as thick as two short planks!

Tried pagelist, however still stacking vertically rather than horizontally.

In my mind, it is because every page that is created is automatically attributed to being under Home.

Obviously am struggling with this and it is so frustrating!

You might like the Manual Nav block in the marketplace.
