Custom C5 Install

Hi,
I want to create a "quick custom install" of C5 with already some languages included, custom logo on the top, remove some default blocks and add new ones in order to avoid having to re-configure everything after each install.
I'm sure this is possible and I can't imagine being the first one asking this but I was not able to find answers.
Can you please help me with this ?

You can use an XML template for the installation process, but imho a package is much more powerful. Uploading a directory and one click in the dashboard was always okay for us..
Maybe this could work for you too?
