Dashboard blank and no Edit tab after update from 5.6.1 to 5.6.1.1

After remote update from 5.6.1 to 5.6.1.1 My dashboard became blank and can't do anything yet. I can still view my site page but there is no Edit tab anymore and nowhere to edit the page.

I have used Google Chrome browser in doing this update.

Please advice and thank you in advance.
