Dashboard - Page not found

Hi all,
I tried updating my installation from 5.4.? to 5.5.? and though almost everything went right, it destroyed my theme's menu. I tried fixing it, but instead I destroyed even more.
Fortunately I backed everything up, so I uploaded my back-ups and now the website is working fine, except for one thing:
I can't visit my dashboard anymore! When I visit the dashboard, I get the message 'Page Not Found'.
Pretty URLs was enabled on my website and the .htaccess file with the rewrite rules is present.
Please help me!

I deleted all files within files/cache and now it's working again :)
