dashboard problem

Hi
I have a problem with dashboard. I am a complete beginner in concrete. Installed concrete5 on localhost. All went fine, made a site and it all worked fine. After that I made a backup from dashboard. Then installed a internationalization addon to see how it works. All went fine. Then, made a restore from a backup( where internationalization was not present). Now I can not get access to dashboard. I can get to dashboard login and login to dashboard. After that all I see is a background image.
Also, there is no nav buttons on the site, just home button.
What to do here. Shoud I somehow remove internationalization addon without dasboard or what?
