database error

encounter a problem while installing C5 (Version 5.6.3.1), it pop up the message "Unable to install database: Can't create table 'hdm1390449_db.Queues' (errno: 121)" after creating databse.
any help will be appreciated.

is this the first time you've had a problem installing?

Are you able to run it again with a different database or do you have access to phpmyadmin to drop all of the tables in the db and start again?

i go to the phpmyadmin, and delete all of the tables in the db, then refresh page but unlucky the problem comes up again. (Unable to install database: Can't create table 'hdm1390449_db.Queues' (errno: 121))
any solutions?
